At Bajio Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Securely pack your sunglasses and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
